The design allows it to pose a very peculiar frame geometry, with the rear section, which forms the vertical bar and the structure of tubes that support the rear wheel, very sloping compared to the rear.

This feature is not due to an oversight by the manufacturer or an attempt to reduce costs. The reason is precisely its double traction system. With the hub motor at the rear wheel, the suspension would be an inefficient part as it would require energy to compress with each run, which would reduce engine performance and thus lose traction.
To somewhat reduce the effect of eliminating this suspension, the frame is mounted on two tires with a very high four-inch ball, which eliminate a good part of the vibrations and make the slightest irregularities in the terrain imperceptible. Against it, the high rebound it offers when descending can be a problem.
KD800 Dual Motor Electric Bike Battery and Range
